How We Hire

Core Research Hire

Full-time scientist or engineer driving an end-to-end agenda—idea, prototype, campus-scale validation.

  • Strong track record in one of our research domains.
  • Published or patented work (or comparable private impact).
  • Comfort with selective disclosure & protected IP.
Project Contributor

Fixed-term or part-time contract focused on a clearly scoped milestone—e.g. dataset curation, security audit, or hardware bring-up.

  • Deep expertise on the deliverable.
  • Availability for rapid iteration with the core team.
  • NDA & IP terms agreed up-front.

We do not run formal internship rounds; exceptional students can still apply under “Project Contributor”.
